The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff's and Owner Jain Sir were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Munnar. There were good Hotels, Shops and Supermarkets within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again !!

Amazing location in old Munnar right next to the bus station. The staff were very friendly, helpful, it’s a family-run place and you can feel that! The rooms were clean with hot showers and the bed was very comfy, bonus points for a fuzzy comforter ! We kept extending our stay because we didn’t want to leave. We also did the half day trek with Shiva, which was organized by the staff. Shiva was a great guide, and we enjoyed the stunning views of the tea plantations and a home cooked meal by his family.

Very clean cozy room, the bed was comfortable. run by a great family who give wholehearted service, there are also laundry services. good value for money. Highly recommend.

The place is good to stay , the staff is very helpful and friendly, but the owners wife is rude and arrogant don’t know how to talk . If I ever go back would stay there only if the same staff were there , but sorry to say lady needs to learn some manner and her daughter as well , the daughter gives dead stare like your living for free or stole something… first 2 days were pleasant but last to 2 days they make us think why we even stayed there , worst experience thanks to lady and her daughter

Underrated. We had a real pleasant stay at JJ Cottage, the hospitality is great, the room was as clean as it can be, well equipped and even stylish. We got extra blankets and towels without extra charge. Thank you guys for making our journey better!

This Hotel has built a great reputation and they deserve it. Comfortable, clean rooms with comfy mattress and cable TV. There was a group of belligerent, inconsiderate Israelis staying at the hotel next door shouting and blaring music on the rooftop until 2am for the first few days I stayed there. Annoying to say the least but how could I fault them for that.
